Areas of Beckley Creek Park will be temporarily closed to the general public on Sunday, November 2, for the Louisville Marathon, Half Marathon & 10K.

Park roads along the Humana Grand Allee and the English Station Road entrance will be closed from 6am to 2pm.

Affected amenities include:

• Portions of the Egg Lawn
• Access to park roads along the Humana Grand Allee
• Humana Grand Allee trails and sports fields
• Distillery Bend

Visitors can still access Beckley Creek Parkway from the main entrance off Shelbyville Road and the South Beckley Station Road entrance. Expect heavy foot traffic along the Louisville Loop through Beckley Creek Park, Pope Lick Park, the Strand, and Turkey Run Park for this event.
