Relish the outdoors under this multipurpose picnic pavilion. Offering nearby parking, adjoining restrooms, and a buffet staging area, the Ogle Foundation Woodland Pavilion is ADA accessible and can accommodate up to 125 guests for half-day or full-day events. Plus, its proximity to a number of sites — Cliffside Playground & Sprayground, the Greensward, Moss Gibbs Woodland Garden and Floyds Fork — make it ideal for birthday parties and large family reunions.

The Ogle Foundation Woodland Pavilion can be reserved twice a day from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. or 4 – 8 p.m. The cost for 4-hour rental is $295 (plus tax). A full day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. is $590 (plus tax). Please note the pavilion cannot be rented from 2 – 4 pm due to cleaning and maintenance. The pavilion is available for reservation any day of the week. And, when not reserved through a paid rental, it is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Gas grills are permitted, but not provided. Charcoal grills are prohibited. Please note that water fountains turn off during the winter.
Wedding-related activities are not permitted at our pavilions. For wedding celebrations, check out the Gheens Foundation Lodge in Beckley Creek Park or the Hockensmith Barn in Turkey Run Park. Contact our events team to discuss your wedding options.
