Take one look at the smooth limestone bedrock of its gravel bars and you’ll know how Floyds Flats got its name. To get there, walk along the Flats Trail, a short dirt path meandering through the riparian forest from the Flats Picnic Grove to Floyds Flats. A parking lot in the Distillery Bend area also provides access to picnic tables and a path down to Floyds Fork.
