The Fisherville Paddling Access has its own parking lot, and paddlers will need to carry their boats along a paved path for a stretch before they reach the put-in. The waters along this bend of the Fork are often deeper than in other reaches, and it’s likely you’ll see deer and heron on this secluded float, which carries you past Prairie Preserve and Catfish Bend into the middle of the Strand.
