The Brown-Forman Silo Center is a plateau of picnic pavilions and shade shelters in southern Turkey Run Park. In the parking lot below it, you’ll find a trailhead with bike racks, restrooms, park maps, water fountains, and seating overlooking the bottomlands.
Set out a picnic or toss around a frisbee at the Farmyard Lawn, a one-acre greenspace made possible by a donation from Texas Roadhouse. The paved walk around the lawn is 0.14 miles, but if you’re up for a longer excursion, venture out along the Park Drive or the Louisville Loop, as well as a number of outlying trails. Or gather with friends and family at the Farmer’s Table, built over the original feeding trough of the dairy farm. This area is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in most cases, and seats approximately 40 people.
