Our Day Camps offer fun, educational, and age-appropriate outdoor adventures for grades K–9! Camps are offered over eight weeks in the summer, with registration available by the week.

Summer Camps at The Parklands:

Outdoor Adventure Camp
Grades K–6

An exploration-based camp in Beckley Creek Park for younger adventurers. Campers enjoy creek walking, hiking, games, and hands-on science activities. Older groups may also participate in kayaking and archery! These camps balance learning with plenty of time to move, explore, and have fun.

Outdoor Skills Camp
Grades 7–9

A next-level experience for older campers ready for a greater challenge. Based in Pope Lick Park, a more remote area of The Parklands, campers build confidence and independence while developing outdoor and survival skills. Activities include full-day kayak trips, longer bike rides, fishing, hiking, and skill-building challenges.

When choosing your camper’s age range for summer camp, you should register them based on the grade they will be going into the following school year.
