Join the Louisville Astronomical Society and The Parklands at the PNC Achievement Center in Beckley Creek Park for star viewing! Telescopes and the new digital telescopes will be set up for public use. We will be looking at Jupiter and Mars along with the Orion nebula. The Trapezium, a star forming region in the Orion nebula, will also be explored along with the Beehive nebula and the double stars Castor and Pollux. Telescopes will be set up at sundown, which will be around 7 pm, so come out to celebrate the stars and learn more about our beautiful universe from the passionate members of the Louisville Astronomical Society!
