Broad Run Park, Turkey Run Park, Pope Lick Park, The Strand, & Other Areas Closed Due to Flooding
We’re experiencing flooding throughout The Parklands. As a result, the following parks, park areas, and amenities are currently closed:
- Broad Run Park
- Turkey Run Park
- Pope Lick Park
- The Strand and Strand Trailhead
- Beckley Creek Park in numerous low-lying areas
- All Paddling Accesses
Please avoid these areas until our staff can safely reopen them. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure everyone’s safety.
