Fishing is available at William F. Miles Lakes year-round. Angler and Green Heron Lakes are stocked with trout and catfish periodically. We will provide updates as to when the ponds are stocked and this information will be on the William F. Miles Trailhead kiosk. Click here to receive these updates by email.
Stocking Schedule:
Angler Lake received 700 catfish on May 23, 2013. Angler Lake and Green Heron Lake at William F. Miles Lakes received 750 and 500 trout (respectively) on March 19, 2013. Both lakes received catfish on March 11, and Angler Lake received an additional 700 catfish on April 18th. Click here to see a map of William F. Miles Lakes.
Floyds Fork received 600 trout at the N. Beckley Paddling Access and another 600 under the I-64 bridge near the Egg Lawn on April 29,2013.

License Information:
Fishing license can be obtained at Jefferson Memorial Forest or local sporting goods stores and bait shops. Fishing is also available along Floyds Fork.
