PADDLING DETOUR
Construction of The Parklands of Floyds Fork is underway! To help provide a high quality paddling experience during construction, we are opening a fresh section of Floyds Fork starting from the existing Fisherville Canoe Launch and running 3.5 miles downstream to the new, temporary Cane Run Canoe Launch (6500 Echo Trail Road). For your safety, we recommend you detour downstream to this new section to avoid construction activities in the Beckley Park area.
Directions to Cane Run Canoe Launch from Fisherville Canoe Launch:
Turn left onto Old Taylorsville Road. Take the first right onto Hatmakers Lane. At Taylorsville Road, turn right. Continue to first light. Take a right onto Taylorsville Lake Road. Take the first right onto Routt Road. Take the next right onto Thurman Road, continue to intersection with Echo Trail Road – take a right.
